GI Sheet Roof Restoration & Protection

Professional renovation instead of costly replacement

An aging corrugated or trapezoidal metal roof (GI sheet) that shows early signs of rust, leaking screw points, or a faded protective coating does not need to be torn off and completely replaced. A full roof replacement is expensive, disruptive, and creates unnecessary waste.

Our specialized GI Sheet Roof Restoration is the smarter, more cost-effective alternative. Using a proven 3-stage system, we transform an old, corroded metal roof into a fully sealed, weather-resistant, and long-lasting protective surface — at a fraction of the cost of installing a new roof.

The 3-Step Process

1. Mechanical Surface Prep & Rust Converter

The entire roof surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove old coatings, dirt, moss, and loose rust. We then apply a high-performance rust converter. It penetrates remaining microscopic pores, neutralizes iron oxide, and chemically converts rust into a stable protective layer. Active corrosion is stopped.

2. Specialized Polyurethane (PU) Primer

Next, a high-adhesion 2K PU primer is applied. It creates a strong bond between the treated metal and the final topcoat, sealing micro-cracks, lap joints, and critical areas around screw penetrations.

3. Seamless Polyurethane Topcoat

The final step is a flexible, UV-resistant polyurethane sealant. It cures into a seamless, monolithic membrane that covers the entire roof.

  • High elasticity absorbs thermal expansion and contraction without cracking or peeling
  • Reflective finish reduces solar heat gain and lowers indoor temperatures
  • Fully waterproof — no seams or weak points for water to penetrate

Manufacturer warranties of up to 20 years are available when the system is applied correctly. We follow strict technical standards: thorough surface preparation, proper curing conditions, and precise film thickness using professional airless spray equipment.
